2024 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the OSU By Laws, all eligible members of the Ottawa South United Soccer Association are invited to attend the 2024 AGM which will occur on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 7PM. 

The 2024 AGM will be Virtual . 
More information will be provided to eligible members on the process for participation prior to the AGM.
All eligible members will be required to submit their name though the online form below to the club secretary 7 days prior to the AGM.

Upon confirmation of eligibility the member will receive confirmation of attendance as well as instructions for the virtual AGM.
The Zoom link to the AGM will be sent to all eligible members 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
